I’m a little behind because I didn’t write anything this past weekend. Oops. Luckily I have this weekend to catch up!
I actually have an outline this time, which is seldom for me. Amazing how much easier things are when you know what’s going to happen. But at the same time, I know I’m slacking off on a lot of details. I know what’s coming up and I’m excited to get there, so I’ve missed a lot of the introductory stuff.
At the same time, I included a whole chapter I hadn’t planned on, which is also fun. In retrospect, it was brilliant for my character development.
I honestly can’t wait to edit this thing and add in more details, which is probably counterintuitive to NaNo. I’m going to edit it and add words? Shouldn’t I be doing that now? Oh well.
